Our neighborhood blends traditional architecture and new construction. We are located just north of downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan.
About the Neighborhood
The Belknap Lookout (aka “Belknap”) neighborhood is bordered by Leonard Street to the north and Michigan Streets to the south. Our western boundary is the Grand River and western boundary is College Avenue.
Belknap includes the quickly growing Monroe North Business District and the Grand Rapids Medical Mile!

Belknap Schools
Belknap is home to Coit Creative Arts Academy. Coit is now an authorized International Baccalaureate World School offering the Primary Years Programme (PYP). They take students from Pre-K to 5th Grade. They are committed to high-quality, challenging, and inquiry-based education. Coit promotes transdisciplinary learning of new knowledge and skills.
